Position: Process Improvement Specialist
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to streamline business operations and enhance the donor journey. If you have a passion for process optimization and continuous improvement, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance donor journey processes.
- Evaluate, document, and improve existing business workflows.
- Create process manuals with flowcharts and implementation guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Identify and implement service improvement activities using process improvement methodologies.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Automate processes using Power Automate, Lists, and Excel to enhance productivity.
- Monitor and analyze process performance, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Communicate updated policies and workflows to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business Management or Computer Science (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 4-8 years in a similar role, preferably in process improvement.
- Certifications: Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power Automate, Project, Visio, Lists, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
