Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue collection, accounting, or financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the annual budget for USF & R&D Fund.
- Manage budget records and disbursements in alignment with the approved financial plan.
- Process payroll for fund employees while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Perform monthly expenditure reconciliation with AGPR.
- Handle tax-related matters per federal government guidelines.
- Assist in Policy Committee meetings, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Maintain an updated cash book for accurate financial tracking.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
