Qualification:
- Master’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably from a foreign university.
Experience:
- At least 12 years of post-qualification professional experience in human resources, business administration, or support services, preferably within a similar organization.
- Minimum 3 years of experience at a management level, particularly in large organizations.
- Strong command of E-Office/ERP systems and mandatory computer proficiency.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, and cultural transformation.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and implement strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with the overall organizational goals, focusing on recruitment, succession planning, talent management, performance management, training and development, and cultural transformation.
- Lead the development of compensation and benefits programs to motivate and reward high performance.
- Design and implement leadership development programs for senior-level resource planning.
- Manage the HR information systems database and provide critical analyses for informed decision-making.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement corrective actions to improve engagement.
- Ensure the alignment of HR plans with the strategic direction of the organization.
