Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 16 years of education in B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or an equivalent degree recognized by HEC.
• At least 5 years of experience in government accounts management and administrative affairs, particularly in PSDP-funded projects.
• Prior experience as Drawing and Disbursement Officer (DDO) is highly preferred.
• PIPFA or SAS qualifications will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial and administrative affairs of PSDP-funded projects.
• Oversee budgeting, fund disbursement, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with government financial policies and regulations.
• Handle payroll processing, audits, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Coordinate with government departments and stakeholders for financial matters.
